if you have a smartphone with slide keyboard just push the home key tons of times fast then slide open your keyboard and problem fixed just remember to change your unlock password or puzzle, this only took me 3 hours to figure out.

I have a Sprint Samsung Nexus 2 4g. If you have trouble getting the right Google ID and password, do this:
1) Go online, and enter this in your browser: https://accounts.google.com/RecoverAccount

2) Fill it out with your email address, and it will send you all of the email addresses associated with the account. Try others. Mine was the gmail account that Sprint had used when I bought my phone, but which I never use.
